In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operation of our human resources function, serving as a key point of contact for employees and management alike.
The HR Coordinator will provide essential administrative and operational support across all areas of human resources, contributing to the development of a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies.Key responsibilitiesProcessing and managing employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, including preparation of documentation, system setup and induction supportMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) dataProviding administrative support to recruitment activities, including job posting coordination, application tracking and scheduling of interviewsAssisting with payroll coordination and benefits administration, ensuring timely and accurate processingSupporting the management of employee relations matters, including leave requests, performance documentation and policy communicationsOrganising and coordinating workplace events, training sessions and team development activitiesResponding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and entitlements in a professional and helpful mannerEnsuring compliance with employment legislation,
