We are a small Family owned and operated Hotel Group that is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager/Duty Manager to join our team.
The venue provides full hotel facilities including a Bar, TAB, Bistro, Gaming and Functions.The successful applicant will work closely with the Licensee to ensure the day to day operations of the venue run smoothly, whilst the highest standards of customer service are being met.We are open to the Duty Manager role, being either full-time, part-time or casual.We currently have positions available in Sutherland and Parramatta.The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:Proven success in a Hotel role.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.Excellent personal presentation and attention to detailSound negotiation and complaint handling skillsStrong experience in gamingStrong leadership and culture building skillsA passion for leading and developing peopleAn ability to have fun while achieving targetsRSA & ARCG requiredBe available Nights & WeekendsAustralian citizenship is required for this position.Excellent career prospects exist within our small family hotel group for those that aspire to a outstanding career in hospitality.
