Associate/Senior Associate – Insurance Litigation (4–5 PAE)We are currently seeking an Associate or Senior Associate (4–5 years' PAE)to join our growing Insurance Litigation team.
This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value personal injury, public and construction liability matters, acting for leading insurers and construction industry clients.About this RoleYou will play a key role in managing a diverse portfolio of matters, with hands‐on responsibility across all stages of the litigation process in both the District and Supreme Courts.ResponsibilitiesRunning litigation files with a high degree of autonomy, including court appearances and procedural managementDrafting pleadings, interlocutory applications, subpoenas, and affidavit evidenceManaging evidentiary requirements and preparing matters for hearingNegotiating consent orders and engaging in dispute resolution processesActing in the defence of personal injury and public liability claimsRepresenting head contractors and subcontractors across a broad range of construction mattersAssisting in the management of workplace injury claims for public liability insurersAdvising on and defending s151Z recovery claimsProviding strategic advice on indemnity, liability, and quantumLiaising with insurers, experts,
