content and technology teams to support a high-quality customer experienceWhat You Will BringSome hands-on experience in software development, ideally using .
NET / C#, JavaScript, HTML and CSSUnderstanding of modern web development fundamentals, including responsive web and front-end basicsComfortable working with Git or a similar source control toolAbility to follow development standards, write clear code and ask for help when neededStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn from more experienced developersAn interest in Sitecore, CMS platforms, e-commerce or digital customer experienceNice To Have:Exposure to Sitecore, ASP.NET MVC, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, headless CMS concepts, retail or e-commerce environments.This role is based in Richmond and works to MECCA's four-days-per-week in-office rhythm.
You'll be joining a fast-paced retail technology environment where priorities can move quickly, so this will suit someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable learning on the job, and is motivated by building digital experiences that customers actually use.
This is a junior role, so you won't be expected to know everything on day one.
