Sunshine State Solar & Electrical is looking for experienced, driven sales professionals who know how to build rapport, control a sales conversation, handle objections, follow up properly and ask for the sale.We provide the leads.We provide the products.We provide the systems, technical support and installation teams.You bring the ability to sell.This isn't an order‐taking role and it isn't a position for someone who sends a quote, follows up with an email and waits for the customer to call back.We're looking for salespeople who pick up the phone, build relationships, understand what the customer actually needs and confidently close.The RoleBased from our Gold Coast office, you'll sell premium solar, battery and energy solutions to homeowners.You'll manage opportunities from the initial consultation through to proposal, follow-up and close, with qualified leads provided by the business.Your job is to turn those opportunities into customers.You'll be expected to:Conduct high‐quality phone consultationsBuild genuine rapport and uncover customer needsRecommend appropriate solar and battery solutionsPresent proposals and confidently communicate valueHandle price and competitor objectionsAsk for the sale and secure the closeFollow up consistently and with purposeMaintain an organised and accurate CRM pipelineWork closely with our technical and operations teamsTake ownership of your individual sales resultsConsistently work towards and exceed sales targetsWho We're Looking ForSolar experience is an advantage, but it isn't essential.We can teach you solar and batteries.We want someone who already knows how to sell.You may come from solar, automotive, finance, insurance, telecommunications, property, high‐ticket retail or another target‐driven sales environment.You'll ideally have:Demonstrated success in phone, consultative or high‐ticket salesExcellent objection‐handling abilityConfidence speaking with customers over the phoneStrong follow‐up and pipeline disciplineExperience working with a CRMA competitive and results‐driven mindsetPersonal accountability for your numbersThe ability to take coaching and implement feedback quicklyThe motivation to earn well above a standard salaryYou should be comfortable working in an environment where performance is measured and expectations are clear.If you're uncomfortable with targets, rejection, accountability or picking up the phone, this won't be the right environment for you.If you love selling and want to be one of the strongest performers in the room,
