We are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to join our growing team at Bonnie Hotels Group.This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing hotel operations during your shift.
Reporting to the Hotel Licensee, you will lead the team, maintain service standards and ensure the hotel operates safely and in accordance with all relevant regulations.What you'll be doingOverseeing day-to-day hotel operations and staffLeading the team and maintaining high customer service standardsEnsuring compliance with RSA, ARGC, liquor licensing and safety requirementsManaging customer enquiries and operational issuesMaintaining venue presentation, cleanliness and standardsAssisting the Hotel Licensee with the smooth operation of the hotelWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Duty Manager in a hotel, pub or similar licensed venueStrong leadership, communication and customer service skillsAbility to confidently manage a shift and lead a teamReliable, qualified and hands-on approachFlexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidaysAustralian citizenship or appropriate Australian working rights is required
