Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will support the delivery of high-quality, recovery-focused care for consumers with complex mental health and psychosocial needs.You will play a key role in coordinating allied health services, therapeutic psychosocial programs and discharge planning, while providing clinical supervision and support to junior allied health clinicians.Key responsibilitiesProvide advanced Occupational Therapy assessment and evidence-based interventions for consumers with complex mental health needsCoordinate allied health coverage and therapeutic psychosocial programs across the serviceLead and support comprehensive, consumer-centred discharge planning and community linkagesProvide clinical supervision, guidance and professional support to Grade 2 and graduate allied health cliniciansContribute to quality improvement, clinical governance,
