Black Property is looking for an experienced Property Manager to work closely with the Principal of the business, Paul Black, across property management, business development and residential sales.This role would suit someone who enjoys property management but is interested in moving into sales.
You'll have the security of a strong salary while gaining practical sales experience, with the prospect to become a lead agent as your confidence and momentum grow.The RoleYour responsibilities will include:Assisting with the management of a residential portfolioBuilding strong relationships with landlords and tenantsGenerating new property management businessManaging and following up buyer enquiriesConducting private inspections and Saturday open homesProspecting for future sales listingsProviding buyer feedback and assisting with sales campaignsSupporting the Principal with business operations and complianceLearning how to conduct appraisals,
