Our service continues to grow, with established regional programs across Barwon and Hume.About the RoleThe Administrative Assistant - Receptionist plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Community Forensic Mental Health Service.You will provide professional reception services and high-quality administrative support to clinical teams,
senior management and consumers while ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and exceptional customer service.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide a professional and confidential reception serviceManage incoming calls, enquiries and visitor interactionsCoordinate and monitor clinician and consumer appointmentsMaintain efficient office filing and information systemsEnter and maintain consumer and service data across multiple systemsUpdate and manage databases, including PMI and CMI/RapidCoordinate incoming and outgoing mail servicesManage email and fax communicationsAssist with medical record maintenance and archiving activitiesSupport broader administrative functions across the serviceAbout YouYou will bring:Previous experience in a reception or administrative support roleExperience providing skilled and confidential customer serviceConfidence working with telephone switchboard/PABX systemsIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and OutlookStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesA respectful,
