SVHM Registered Nurse (Grade 2)Permanent position available 32 hours per weekFriendly and supportive team environmentBased in Kew in our beautiful new facilityAbout the RoleThe unit is a purpose-built facility set against a picturesque backdrop of the Yarra River and bush surrounds.

Our patients are admitted for end-of-life care, symptom management and occasional respite.
Specialised assessment, care and discharge planning is provided by an inter-disciplinary team .
