Qualified Assistant Cert 3 & Trainee positionByrneville House Childcare Centre is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Cert 3 Qualified Assistant & Trainee Assistant.
As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and engaging educational experiences for children aged 1 to 5 years old.
This role is based in our Bundamba, QLD **** location.What you'll be doingActively engaging with children through play-based learning activities that support their social, emotional, physical and cognitive developmentProviding a nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and growAssisting with the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational programsMaintaining accurate records and documentation as requiredCollaborating with parents and caregivers to ensure the best possible outcomes for each childContinuously improving your skills and knowledge through ongoing professional developmentWhat we're looking forA Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or willing to studyA demonstrated passion for working with children and supporting their developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills,
