As a team member, you will be responsible for performing key daily housekeeping tasks while delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Thorough cleaning of vacated rooms, including but not limited to:Changing and making beds to a 4.5-star standard with triple sheeting and hospital cornersReplacing towels and bathroom linensVacuuming, mopping, and deep cleaning bathroomsRemoving waste and replenishing the kitchenette, including mini fridge refreshmentsPerforming necessary spray cleansMid-stay servicing, including spot cleaning, refreshing bedding and bathroom linens, and waste removalPeriodic deep cleaning of furniture, curtains, walls, and other areas as requiredCleaning and maintaining common areas such as reception, hallways, and guest facilitiesWashing and folding linen as neededReporting any maintenance or cleanliness issues to management for prompt resolution
