The successful candidate will take ownership of engineering and product-related projects from concept through to production, coordinating internal stakeholders, suppliers, manufacturers, and external service providers.The position is ideally suited to someone with strong organisational and communication skills who also has practical engineering capability and an appreciation for product design, aesthetics, and manufacturability.Key ResponsibilitiesManage engineering and product development projects from concept through to productionCoordinate project timelines, deliverables, suppliers, and internal resourcesWork closely with manufacturing, tooling suppliers, and external contractorsDevelop and maintain project schedules, action lists, and technical documentationCreate and review 3D CAD models and production drawings using SolidWorksSupport industrial design development and product refinementAssist with injection moulded product development and tooling reviewsCoordinate prototypes, testing, validation, and implementation activitiesProduce and maintain specification sheets and technical documentationSupport product certification and compliance activitiesLiaise with customers and suppliers on technical and project-related mattersSupport continuous improvement and engineering process developmentMaintain organised engineering records, revision control,
