About the roleAs Retail Manager, you will own the performance and day-to-day operation of the Parramatta club.
You will lead the team, manage staffing and budgets, maintain strong safety and operating standards, and ensure every member receives a consistently excellent experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role covering people management, commercial performance, customer service, workplace safety, facility presentation, maintenance coordination and incident management.Key responsibilitiesLead, recruit, train, coach and performance-manage Club AttendantsBuild and manage rosters that meet customer demand and labour budgetsOversee the club's daily operations, presentation, cleanliness and safetyEnsure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures and workplace health and safety requirementsMaintain consistently high customer service standards across every member touchpointManage escalated member concerns professionally and ensure issues are resolvedMonitor club budgets and performance, analyse variances and identify opportunities to improve efficiencyCoordinate contractors, suppliers, technicians and internal support teamsConduct regular operational and safety checks and arrange required maintenanceManage and document incidents, corrective actions and follow-up requirementsSupport membership growth,

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per annum plus superannuation.
