We are looking for a Physiotherapist with experience for our Gosnells location.In this rewarding role, you will have the prospect to:Collaborate closely with families, caregivers and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalised treatment plans that promote quality of lifeUtilise your expertise promoting positive interactions and increased independence.Actively participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing your valuable insights and recommendations for holistic client careStay up-to-date with the latest research, best practices, and innovative approaches in your field, enhancing your skills and knowledgeKey Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality physiotherapy assessment, diagnosis, and intervention to support customer goals and functional outcomesAbility to implement and promote contemporary best practiceHave a strong understanding of person- and family-centred practiceWork collaboratively across interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding customer outcomesUphold clinical governance, ensuring compliance with legislation, standards, and Rocky Bay policiesQualifications and Experience:A passion for making a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilitiesExceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essentialExperience in building successful working relationships with customers, families, carers, and stakeholders.Proven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a disability or community settingStrong critical thinking, problem-solving,
