brief and budgetDay-to-day external and internal stakeholder communicationPossess familiarity of industry talent and suppliers with the ability to identify and work effectively with recent suppliers when requiredNegotiate with talent and suppliers and develop contracts and agreementsCollaborate with internal teams to scope projects and prepare commercial proposalsCreate and manage timelines and budgets, ensuring the team has visibility on production planning and execution throughout each projectContribute to idea generation and make recommendations on how to enhance the final outputDeliver multiple production schedules from start to finish, ensuring these schedules are harmonious across all live projectsUnderstand the risk and challenges of projects and be able to respond to and proactively manage solutions with the teamIdentify and mitigate all legal, clearance, risk and intellectual property issuesReconcile budgets and lead project retrospectives to continually improve processesWhat you'll haveExperience as a Production Coordinator/Producer from a similar environmentStrong communication skills, with the ability to bring a positive and calm attitude to problem-solving and sometimes tough situationsYou'll be a team player who takes pride in what they do and can't wait to get stuck into the nitty-grittyYou'll be full of ambition, with a proactive approach and high levels of initiative, energy, accountability, attention to detail and creativityYou will have respect for the creative process, and play your crucial role within itYou'll know that production isn't always smooth sailing, so you'll be well versed in working well under pressure, and flexible enough to cope with rapidly changing situationsTo applyTo apply, upload your resume and introduce yourself.
