This role suits someone who already understands how a specialist dental practice operates: you will coordinate a busy schedule across prosthodontics, periodontics and implant surgery, and be confident on the phone from day one.What you'll be doingGreeting patients and managing a busy reception across our Southport & Tugun practicesBooking, rescheduling and confirming patient appointments in Dental for Windows (D4W)Managing phone and email enquiries with a confident, professional mannerProcessing patient payments, invoices and receiptsCoordinating scheduling with our prosthodontists, periodontists and implant surgery teamMaintaining patient records, recalls and laboratory work trackingSupporting daily banking, Medicare and DVA processing, and reporting tasksWhat we're looking forA confident, professional phone mannerStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy front deskAvailability Monday to Thursday, 7.30am to 5.30pm,
