About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our clients and their pets, you'll play an significant role in creating a warm and welcoming experience.
You'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service while supporting the veterinary team with the day-to-day running of the hospital.Your responsibilities will include:Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalismAnswering phones, emails and client enquiriesBooking and managing appointmentsChecking clients and patients in and outProcessing payments and handling cash/transactionsManaging client records and maintaining accurate informationLiaising with veterinarians, nurses and the wider teamAssisting with general administrative and reception dutiesMaintaining a clean,
