We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Food Production Staff to join the team at Inner Health Foods Pty Ltd in Glendenning, NSW.
This is a casual position that offers flexibility whilst contributing to the production of quality food products.
You will be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, playing a vital role in our assembly and process operations.
This position is perfect for individuals seeking casual work with the opportunity to develop skills in food production and manufacturing.Key responsibilitiesOperate and monitor food production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standardsPerform assembly and packaging tasks with accuracy and efficiency to meet production targetsFollow standardised recipes, formulations and production procedures to ensure consistent product qualityMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the production area, including equipment sanitisationInspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications before packagingAssist with labelling, packaging and preparing products for dispatchCommunicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production updates and issuesReport any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately to managementComply with all food safety regulations, workplace health and safety requirements, and company policiesWhat we're looking forPrevious experience in food production,
