Prestige Inhome Care is seeking experienced Personal Care Attendantsto provide high-quality, person-centred care to clients across Sydney's Southern Suburbs, including Rockdale, Allawah, Brighton-Le-Sands, Kogarah, Botany, Mascot and surrounding areas.This role is ideal for a compassionate and skilled PCA who enjoys making a meaningful difference in clients' lives and has confidence supporting clients with complex personal care needs.About the Role:Providing personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)Supporting clients with showering, bathing, dressing and groomingToileting and continence managementProviding catheter and stoma bag care for male and female clientsSupporting clients living with dementia, including implementing appropriate strategies when responding to resistance to careAssisting with oral hygiene routinesMedication promptingSupporting clients with eating and drinkingAssisting with mobility aids and equipment according to individual client needsProviding companionship, emotional support and encouragementWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience working as a Personal Care Attendant in aged care, disability support, or home and community careConfidence providing personal care, including catheter and stoma careExperience supporting clients living with dementia and knowledge of strategies to promote positive care outcomesA qualification in Aged Care,



Individual Support, Disability Support, Nursing, or a related fieldA current driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured vehicle to travel between client appointmentsCurrent First Aid and CPR certificatesAn NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)Flexibility and availability to work short-hour services across multiple locationsWhy Join Prestige?
