You enjoy getting out there, building relationships and making things happen.Ideally, you'll bring:3+ years' experience in sales, business development or key accountsA proven ability to win business and grow accountsStrong networks within agriculture and meat processingGreat negotiation and relationship-building skillsLeadership experience and the ability to get the best from a teamStrong commercial and financial understandingPALM Scheme experience is a bonus, but not essentialIf you love sales, agriculture, meeting people and building something, this is an opportunity where you can have a lot of fun while making a genuine commercial impact.
