You will work with women throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period, helping them manage physical changes, maintain strength and mobility, recover following birth and confidently return to exercise and everyday activities.
The role offers the chance to develop and grow our women's health physiotherapy services at Aurellia, with potential to build your own patient base and become an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.Key responsibilitiesProvide high-quality, individualised physiotherapy assessments and treatmentsSupport women throughout pregnancy and the postnatal period.
Fully aware about Restore program as well asManage musculoskeletal conditions, pelvic pain, back hip and endometriosis pain and other physical concernsProvide postnatal rehabilitation and return-to-exercise programsProvide pelvic floor assessment,



education and rehabilitation where appropriately trainedDevelop personalised exercise and post-surgical rehabilitation programsProvide education around safe exercise and physical wellbeing during pregnancySupport women with their recovery following childbirthBuild strong and trusting relationships with patientsMaintain clear and accurate clinical documentationAccupunture to treat scars and pain management.About youBachelor or Master's degree in PhysiotherapyCurrent AHPRA registrationAppropriate professional indemnity insurancePrevious experience in physiotherapyStrong interest or experience in women's health, pregnancy and postnatal careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong clinical reasoning and patient management skillsA compassionate, professional and patient-centred approachAbout usAurellia Wellness for Women is a dedicated women's wellness and allied health clinic designed to support women through every stage of their health journey.
