LET'S TALKEuroform is a large Cabinetry manufacturer based in Tomago NSW and servicing the wholesale builder market throughout NSW.We are searching for a self-starter who loves taking ownership of a wide-ranging and fast-paced role to manage our projects from contract award to completion.About the role:Working closely with builders, estimators, production staff and installers, your responsibilities will include:Reviewing builder plans, specifications and finishes schedulesCross-checking contracts against plans and quotes to ensure all scope has been capturedIdentifying discrepancies, omissions or potential variations before production commencesSetting up projects within internal systems and maintaining accurate documentationOrganising information from the drafting team to track approved variations and monitor project progressCoordinating communication between builders,



production teams and subcontract installersWorking closely with our Accounts team to prepare and maintain monthly progress claim spreadsheets and support the invoicing processTo be successful in this role you will bring:Previous experience in construction administration, project coordination, contracts administration or a similar roleAbility to read and interpret builder plans, elevations and finishes schedulesSolid understanding of project workflows and how to drive themExcellent attention to detail with the ability to identify missing scope or discrepanciesExceptional organisational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA proactive approach to problem solving and follow-upAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyDON'T HAVE ALL THE THINGS WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
