Our multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists who work together to support people across the lifespan with neurological and physical disabilities.We provide a mix of clinic, home and community-based services, with optional rural outreach opportunities.
Our purpose-built clinic includes dedicated consultation rooms, adult neurorehabilitation and paediatric gym spaces, as well as a large shared team area for notes, admin and catching up with colleagues.We're proud of the team and culture we've built at Compass.

We provide regular mentoring, team meetings and in-services, along with dedicated PD funding.
We also make time for team lunches, social events and opportunities to connect outside of clinical work.Qualifications & ExperienceRelevant tertiary degree or equivalent qualificationCurrent Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain oneSatisfactory Police CheckCurrent First Aid and CPRAppropriate Professional Indemnity InsuranceCurrent Driver LicenceThe roleYou'll gradually build to a manageable caseload of around 4-5 clients per day, with a mix of clinic, home and community appointments.Depending on your experience and clinical interests,
your caseload may include adults and/or children with neurological and physical disabilities.As part of the role, you'll:Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and their familiesWork alongside clinicians from a range of allied health disciplinesHave weekly catch-ups with a senior clinician from your disciplineTake part in regular team meetings, in-services and professional developmentHave opportunities to get involved with the broader Tamworth and regional communityContinue developing your clinical skills in areas that genuinely interest youWhy work with Compass?
A sustainable workload We aim for 4-5 clients per day rather than packing calendars with back-to-back appointments.
We want our clinicians to have the time to provide valuable care, complete their admin and maintain a healthy balance outside of work.A great place to work Our purpose-built neurological clinic includes dedicated consultation rooms, adult and paediatric gym spaces, and your own desk space for notes and admin.
We also provide home and community appointments for clients who can't come to us, with optional rural outreach opportunities.Strong support for early-career clinicians New graduates receive weekly mentoring with a senior clinician from their discipline, as well as informal access to more than 10 experienced senior therapists across our multidisciplinary team.
