If you're organised, switched on, enjoy dealing with people and want to build a genuine career in project management, this could be the opportunity you've been looking for.Specific Group is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our Sydney team and become an important part of delivering commercial furniture, logistics and FF&E; projects across some of Sydney's most exciting workplaces, hotels and commercial developments.This isn't a role where you'll spend every day doing the same thing.You'll be right in the middle of the action — helping coordinate people, deliveries, schedules, clients, suppliers and project information to make sure everything comes together when it needs to.What You'll Be DoingWorking alongside our Project Managers, Operations and Warehouse teams, you'll help coordinate projects from planning through to completion.Your day could include:Coordinating project schedules, labour and site requirementsCommunicating with clients, suppliers and internal teamsOrganising deliveries, collections, storage and installation datesReviewing floor plans, placement plans, packing lists and project informationMaking sure upcoming projects have everything they need before work beginsTracking project progress and keeping stakeholders updatedCoordinating site access, inductions and documentationAssisting Project Managers with project planning and administrationHelping manage changes, variations and additional worksKeeping project systems and information accurate and up to dateWorking closely with our Operations team to keep projects movingWhy You'll Enjoy Working With UsAt Specific Group,
