value management and buildabilityDriving consultant scopes, fees and engagementLeading design meetings, workshops and project reportingManaging BIM coordination and design deliverablesEnsuring statutory, NCC, BCA and DBP Act complianceSupporting approvals, construction certificates and client reviewsDriving quality, safety and design outcomes throughout deliveryAbout YouYou will be an experienced Design Manager / Senior Design Manager with a strong background delivering complex residential, mixed-use or large-scale developments.Experience working for a head contractor or developer-builder is highly regarded, along with robust consultant management, technical coordination and stakeholder skills.This is an opportunity to join a growing business with a substantial development pipeline and take ownership of a significant Newcastle project.
