With significant growth ahead, they are building the infrastructure, systems and team to support an expanding pipeline of projects across Brisbane and beyond.This is a genuine opportunity to build a warehouse operation from the ground up - establishing the layout, systems, processes, stock controls and operating standards to support continued growth.You'll be responsible for:Establishing and setting up the new warehouse operationDeveloping practical warehouse processes, systems and proceduresManaging incoming and outgoing freight, including containers and awkward or oversized cargoCoordinating container unpacking, stock movements and deliveriesMaintaining accurate stock control and warehouse system recordsOptimising warehouse layout, storage and workflowWorking with site managers,



transport providers and other stakeholdersMaintaining high standards of safety, organisation and warehouse presentationSupervising and supporting warehouse staff as the operation growsOperating forklifts and remaining hands-on when requiredYou'll bring:Proven experience in warehouse operations, coordination or managementStrong understanding of freight, stock control and warehouse processesHands-on approach with solid forklift experienceAbility to take ownership, solve problems and keep things movingStrong organisational skills and attention to detailConfident communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive mindset with a focus on safety, accuracy and continuous improvementFreight forwarding, project logistics or construction supply chain experienceStrong warehouse systems and WMS capabilityWarehouse set up experience highly regardedIf you're looking for an chance to take ownership, build an operation and grow with the business, we'd like to hear from you.
