Rooms Division Manager | Luxury Hotel | QLDSunshine Coast, QLD$120K–$130K + Super + 10% BonusTHE ROLEAn exceptional leadership prospect is available for an experienced Rooms Division Manager to join a luxury hotel on Queensland's stunning Sunshine Coast.Reporting directly to the General Manager and leading two direct reports, you will take ownership of the strategic leadership and day-to-day performance of the hotel's Front Office and Housekeeping operations, including associated contractor services.This is a senior operational role for an accomplished luxury hotel professional who combines exceptional guest service standards with strong commercial acumen and an ability to inspire high-performing teams.As Rooms Division Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless guest journey while ensuring operational efficiency, strong financial performance and consistently high luxury service standards.Your responsibilities will include:Provide strategic and operational leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping and associated contractor servicesLead, mentor and develop a high-performing Rooms Division teamEnsure guest arrivals, departures, room allocations and communications are managed seamlessly and in line with luxury service expectationsProactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall guest experienceManage departmental budgets, forecasts and operating costs to achieve financial targetsMonitor performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and profitabilityOptimise occupancy, room inventory and yield management in collaboration with relevant hotel departmentsReview operational results and implement strategies to improve performanceFoster strong communication and collaboration between Front Office,
