Next Level Consulting Solutions - Crestmead QLDWe are seeking experienced manufacturing machine operators to join a busy manufacturing facility based in Crestmead, working within a production team responsible for the manufacture and packaging of specialist cable products.These are temp-to-perm opportunities with a well-established manufacturer offering ongoing training, career progression and stable employment for reliable operators with previous manufacturing experience.IMMEDIATE STARTRequirements for this positionPrevious machine operating experience within a manufacturing environmentCurrent Forklift Licence (mandatory)Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn detailed manufacturing processesStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality productsAbility to work within a rapid-paced production environmentPhysically fit and capable of regularly lifting 20kg+Strong understanding of workplace health and safety proceduresDriver's licence and reliable transportAbility to work rotating day and night shiftsAbility to pass a Drug & Alcohol screenCable manufacturing experience highly regarded but not essentialTasks involved in this roleMachine setup, operation and shutdownOperating multiple production machines throughout the manufacturing processMonitoring product quality and maintaining production accuracyPacking finished products for quality assurance testingWorking closely with the production team to achieve daily targetsMaintaining a clean and safe work environmentFollowing all safety, quality and operational proceduresAssisting with general factory and production duties as requiredPay details and conditionsDay Shift: $*****/hrAfternoon/Night Shift: $*****/hr38-hour week worked across 4 days (Fridays off)Weekly rotating roster - one week days, one week nightsOvertime paid for any hours worked outside rostered shiftsTraining providedLong-term temp-to-perm opportunityImmediate starts availableWe will aim to contact all suitable applicants.
