We're passionate about creating a calm, welcoming environment and delivering truly personal care.The RoleWe're looking for an experienced Radiology Reception Manager to lead our reception team and oversee the day-to-day operation of our busy front desk.This full-time role is ideal for an experienced radiology or medical receptionist who is ready to take the next step into a leadership position, or an established reception manager looking to join a modern, independent radiology practice.You'll be responsible for ensuring our reception team operates efficiently while maintaining the warm, professional and personalised patient experience that is central to our practice.Key ResponsibilitiesLeading and supporting the reception team in the day-to-day running of the practiceCoordinating reception workflows, staff allocation and daily prioritiesWelcoming patients and ensuring a professional and positive patient experienceManaging appointment bookings, telephone calls, email enquiries and patient correspondenceCoordinating daily schedules with radiologists, sonographers and radiographersManaging Medicare billing, private billing, payments and bankingEnsuring referrals,



patient details and billing information are processed accuratelyTraining, mentoring and supporting reception staffManaging difficult or complex patient enquiries professionally and sensitivelyMonitoring reception performance and identifying opportunities to improve workflow and efficiencyMaintaining high standards of confidentiality, professionalism and patient serviceWorking closely with practice management and the clinical team to ensure the smooth operation of the clinicAbout YouWe're looking for someone who combines excellent organisational skills with strong people skills and a genuine commitment to patient care.Ideally, you will have:Previous experience in radiology reception or medical receptionPrevious supervisory, senior reception or management experienceStrong understanding of Medicare billing and private billingExperience with radiology or medical software and PACS/RIS systems, such as Voyager, Karisma, Genie or similarExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritiesConfidence leading, mentoring and supporting a reception teamA calm and professional approach in a busy clinical environmentExcellent attention to detailA genuine commitment to providing exceptional patient serviceWhy You'll Love Working With UsModern, boutique and independent radiology practiceSupportive and professional working environmentOpportunity to take ownership of the reception functionGenuine opportunity to influence workflows and help shape the practice as it growsClose working relationship with practice management and the clinical teamConvenient Baulkham Hills location with free in office parkingStable, full-time leadership position
