Adults Social Worker - Learning Disabilities & project workOur client Cambridgeshire County Council is looking for an Adults Social Worker to join their Learning Disabilities & project work service.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Locum Social Worker who will work closely with the Senior Social Worker and the Contracts and Brokerage Team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support within a specialist service.This role sits within a county-wide specialist team working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism (LD&A;).
A key focus of the role is reviewing complex and high-cost care packages to ensure they are delivering positive outcomes, remain proportionate to need, and represent positive value for public resources.Key ResponsibilitiesComplete Care Act **** assessments, including complex and high-cost care packagesUndertake timely reviews following changes in individuals' needs or circumstancesDeliver a minimum of two completed and recorded assessments per weekCarry out face-to-face assessments and reviewsActively involve advocates, carers,
