You'll become a trusted technical resource, helping customers diagnose issues, understand product operation and access the right service and maintenance information.You'll also work closely with internal teams including Engineering, Distribution, Service and Sales, ensuring customers receive accurate and timely technical support.Your responsibilities will include:Providing technical advice and remote troubleshooting supportSupporting refrigeration products and related ducted reverse-cycle heating and cooling systemsAssisting customers with product operation, diagnostics,



maintenance and service enquiriesInterpreting technical information and providing practical solutionsDeveloping and communicating clear diagnostic and service guidanceWorking collaboratively with internal technical and operational teamsDelivering a professional and customer-focused support experienceWhat You'll BringWe're looking for someone with strong hands-on refrigeration experience who is ready to apply their knowledge in a technical support environment.You'll ideally have:Trade qualifications in Refrigeration and Air ConditioningSolid installation and servicing experience across HVAC systems and related equipmentStrong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic skillsGood general computer skills and confidence using Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsConfident and professional telephone mannerA genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer serviceThe ability to explain technical information clearly to people with different levels of technical knowledgeWhat's In It For You?
