We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Manager Haematology (Acute Haemorrhage Control and Haemophilia) to play a key role in delivering high‐quality scientific engagement across the Australian market, with ongoing collaboration at regional and global levels.
This role combines deep scientific expertise, operational excellence, and strong stakeholder engagement, contributing meaningfully to CSL Behring's medical initiatives and overall success.The OpportunityYou will leverage your scientific and medical knowledge to support strategically aligned Medical Affairs activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external experts.
You will act as a key contributor within multi‐disciplinary teams, supporting evidence generation, scientific exchange, and medical education initiatives that align with both local and global medical strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate scientific data, research proposals and medical initiatives to ensure alignment with Medical Affairs strategyBuild and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders locally and globallyDevelop and deliver high-quality medical education materials, publications and other scientific communicationsContribute to the generation, dissemination and application of medical evidence and insightsPartner with cross‐functional teams to ensure Medical Affairs activities are strategically aligned and effectively communicatedProvide scientific expertise to support medical reviews, responses, presentations and other medical affairs activities in line with regulatory requirementsPlan and execute advisory boards, steering committees and other engagement activities to gather insights that shape medical strategyManage external vendors and project budgets to ensure timely,



compliant and cost-effective delivery of activitiesAttend relevant scientific and medical congresses to maintain expertise and identify opportunities for engagement with key thought leadersEngage healthcare professionals and thought leaders in scientific exchange and foster trusted professional relationshipsDeliver accurate scientific, clinical and health economic information to external healthcare professionals and internal stakeholdersSupport healthcare professional engagement processes in line with regulatory requirements and Medical Affairs policiesDemonstrate CSL's values through collaboration, innovation, integrity, patient focus and a commitment to excellenceAbout YouYou are a senior scientific/medical professional who thrives in a collaborative, regulated environment and enjoys translating complex data into meaningful insights.
