In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations and performance of two thriving neighbourhood shopping centres in Leichhardt, conveniently located opposite each other.Supported by an Administration Manager and Facilities Manager, you will drive exceptional retailer engagement, customer experience, asset performance, and operational excellence across both centres.What you'll do;Drive the overall performance and building services operations of both centresDeliver efficient, cost-effective management to maximise operational outcomesProtect and position the investment performance of the property assets against local competitorsOversee tenancy and lease management, including compliance and implementation of fixed and CPI reviews in line with lease provisionsManage policies and procedures aligned with owner objectives, investment strategies, and occupier requirementsPrepare and monitor cash flow budgets, including retail performance analysis and forecastingProvide regular performance updates and insights to the clientWhat you'll bring;Previous experience in Retail Property/Centre Management within a busy retail environmentStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSolid financial acumen and experience preparing and analysing financial reportsExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skillsA proactive, professional approach and commitment to delivering resultsCurrent Certificate of RegistrationCan we inspire you to join us?
