and grounds are well maintained.Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry codes and Aged Care Standards.Coordinate deliveries and liaise with contractors and suppliers.Manage certain inventory and track stock levels.Perform a variety of handyman tasks, including minor repairs, furniture fixes, and replacements.Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify maintenance needs.Request and coordinate external trade work, including obtaining quotes and overseeing approved jobs.Collaborate with other members of the Maintenance Team other departments and provide updates to the Executive Manager on repairs, inventory, and job status.About YouExperience working in aged care / seniors living desirableDemonstrated experience in handyman/trade/maintenance workAwareness of regulations and the importance of complianceGood communication and problem-solving skillsMust have current police check, covid and flu vaccine and 100 points of ID
