Elite Refrigeration is currently seeking an Air-Conditioning Service Team Leader to join our team based out of Brisbane.Elite Refrigeration is a well-established company that specialises in commercial refrigeration & air conditioning services across Southeast QLD and we want you to be a part of that.A typical week may look like:Roughly 2 days a week performing onsite repairs and maintenance on Air-Conditioning systems using your technical problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issuesWorking closely with the office team and owners to set up and send out invoices for completed jobsEnsuring job card information is up to date, ordering any parts or equipment required for upcoming workSupervising and supporting the daily activities of the Air-Conditioning technicians by providing ongoing training and technical supportFielding customer calls and emails,



responding in a timely manner with accurate information.

Successful applicants will have:Significant previous experience as a senior technicianInvoicing and job management experience is highly desirableA valid and current manual driver's licenseA valid trade and ARCtick licensesA valid QLD restricted electrical license.A valid QBCC mechanical licenseWilling to complete a pre-employment police check and hold a blue cardFull working rights in Australia is required for these positions.
