An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Project Manager to join an established Build to Rent developer and investment business, with projects in Scarborough and Subiaco.We're looking for a hands-on, practical and commercially minded person who understands construction and wants to take the next step in project management.Ideally, you'll come from a trade background, such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, building or similar, with some project coordination or management experience.
Most importantly, you'll enjoy being on site, working with trades and contractors, solving problems and getting involved in the day-to-day running of the business.The RoleWorking closely with the Project Manager and development team, you'll be involved in:Site inspections, quality and progress monitoringCoordinating builders, subcontractors and consultantsReviewing drawings, documentation and programmesAssisting with variations, costs and project reportingManaging project tasks, documentation and meetingsDefects,



completion and handoverSupporting the Project Manager across the full project lifecycleThis is not a desk-based role.
