This role is pivotal to our commitment to providing high-quality childcare and education services that support child development and family wellbeing.Key responsibilitiesPlanning, implementing and evaluating curriculum-based learning experiences that promote holistic child developmentCreating safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environments that encourage exploration, creativity and social interactionBuilding positive relationships with children and families, fostering trust and open communicationCollaborating with colleagues to ensure consistent and cohesive approaches to childcare and educationSupporting children's emotional wellbeing and helping them develop social skills and resilienceMaintaining compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and policies and proceduresFor Lead Educators: mentoring and supervising other educators, providing guidance and support to ensure quality practiceFor Lead Educators: contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting professional development within the serviceMaintaining accurate records and communicating regularly with parents and carers about their child's progress and wellbeingAbout youA relevant Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) qualification, such as a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent recognised qualificationCurrent Working with Children Check (Blue Card)A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills,
