Friendly Care Management is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to lead our store operations in Sandgate, QLD ****.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, including staff leadership, inventory control, visual merchandising, and achieving sales targets.
Your strategic approach to retail management will be integral to the success of our store and the wider Friendly Care Management brand.Key responsibilitiesLead, motivate and develop a team of retail staff, ensuring high performance standards and excellent customer service deliveryManage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and stock managementMonitor and achieve sales targets and key performance indicators, implementing strategies to drive revenue growthOversee visual merchandising and store layout to maximise customer engagement and sales opportunities in conjunction with Friendly Care ManagementMaintain stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availabilityDeliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer queries and complaints professionally and promptlyImplement and uphold company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards throughout the storeAnalyse sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvementTrain and mentor staff members,
