Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential to keep all parties aligned and moving things forward.Key responsibilitiesSupport the development of quarterly marketing plansOversee the external media agency's day-to-day content posting and community engagement on Instagram and Xiaohongshu/RED, making sure everything follows the established brand tone and guidelinesSupport the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (recent product launches, seasonal promotions, cross store activities), coordinating timelines and logisticsWork closely with the in-house graphic designer to turn campaign ideas into finished materialsLiaise with the external media agency to coordinate content schedules, briefs, and quality checksHelp distribute marketing materials and campaign guidelines to franchisees and support execution on the groundTrack and compile marketing performance data (campaign results, social growth, sales conversion)
