Billings and Systems / Patient Accounts ClerkQscan Group is a leading provider of diagnostic imaging services, committed to delivering high-quality patient care.About the RoleWe are looking for a Billings & System - Patient Accounts Clerk to join our team on a Permanent Full-Timebasis.This role is based at our Clayfield Support Office, conveniently located close to public transport with free street parking available.
You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team of eight, with access to comprehensive onsite training and work across a roster Monday to Friday.Key Responsibilities:Run weekly reports detailing outstanding accountsTarget outstanding accounts to be balanced no longer than 90 days from the date of serviceConduct audits, liaise with debtors (Work Cover, hospitals, DVA, sporting teams, health funds and private patients), correct payments and item numbers, and create payment plans as appropriatePrepare reports to be included in Board reporting outlining outstanding debtors, refunds and write offAbout YouThe ideal candidate will have experience in medical administration, patient accounts, or similar, excellent customer service skills, and be a whizz when it comes to organisation and time management.
You will also have:Sound computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office, Word,
