As they continue their explosive growth across the region, this is an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Project Manager and lead their next generation of game-changing builds.The RoleProject Manager joining a well established team delivering fit-out and refurbishment projects.You will forecast and manage project budgetsEnsure quality process and delivery across all of your projects and project teamManaging RFI's to clients, architects, and consultantsProcurement including scope of work & tender package.Grow and develop a business unit and key accountsExperience/Qualifications RequiredA stable and demonstrated history of successfully delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects in theAdvanced capability in managing construction programmes, master scheduling, and effectively sequencing trades to meet tight deadlines.Proficient in industry-standard construction management software (e.g., Procore, Hammertech, or equivalent platforms).
