7:45am-5pm for staggered shiftsQuick thinker and team playerTasks & responsibilitiesManaging all incoming calls for bookings and enquiriesAssisting patients as they arrive for appointments and completing paperworkCollecting payment for consultations and surgery bookingsMaintaining a skilled and clean workplace at front of houseWorking as a team player with fellow receptionists to ensure patients experience a pleasant and professional journey through the practice.Managing all incoming emails from referring specialists, optometrists and GP's.Quoting and counselling patients on all surgery bookingsFlexible shiftsChance to work with an amazing team of hard working women2 Week break for Annual Christmas Closure
