This is a predominantly phone-based closing role, selling premium solar and battery solutions to customers across Australia.You'll take ownership of qualified sales opportunities from initial consultation through to proposal, follow-up and deposit.

Solar experience is highly regarded, but it isn't essential — we can teach solar.
We're looking for people who already understand sales.You'll ideally have:Proven success in high-ticket phone or consultative salesStrong closing and objection-handling skillsA track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience working within a CRM such as Pipedrive, Monday, Salesforce or HubSpotStrong pipeline management and follow-up disciplineHigh levels of personal accountabilityThe ability to take coaching, implement feedback and continuously improveIf you need to be constantly motivated by somebody else, this probably isn't the role for you.
