This is a pivotal role responsible for managing the allocation, delivery, installation, and return of critical capital equipment, including hospital beds and surgical tables.Working closely with Service Technicians, Supply Planning, Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers, and Sales teams, you will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution of customer orders while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This position requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.About YouYou are a highly organised and customer-focused professional with experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfilment, or equipment coordination.You excel at managing multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and coordinating with internal teams and external service providers.
With strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail,



and proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, you are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the allocation, distribution, and retrieval of capital equipmentManage the logistics of capital products orders, collaborating closely with our service technicians, supply planning team, third-party warehouse, and freight providersWork closely with key internal collaborators, including sales team members, by providing proactive information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer happinessStock allocation in collaboration with planning & fulfillmentCollaborate with internal teams and third parties to optimize order fulfillment processes and efficienciesProactively find opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to improve overall customer experienceManage large installations/projects when requiredContribute to process improvements, streamlining, and implementation of new or improved processesAnalyze data to identify trends and devise solutions for customer experience challenges.Key RequirementsProven experience in logistics coordination or a similar roleOutstanding organizational and time management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and collaborator management skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with supply chain and logistics processesExperience with data analysis and process improvementCompetence in using logistics management software and tools.Equal Employment OpportunityBaxter is an equal chance employer.
