long-term careers within a stable global organisation.What You'll Be DoingPreparing and completing customs clearances accurately and on timeReviewing goods and supporting information to confirm that the correct customs requirements are appliedHelping customers understand what is needed to clear their shipmentsBuilding trusted relationships with customers and internal teamsResponding promptly and professionally to questionsResolving issues as they arise and keeping customers informedMaintaining accurate information in our business systemsWorking closely with colleagues to provide a smooth and reliable serviceSharing your experience and knowledge with the Customs teamSupporting general Customs operations when requiredWhat You'll BringTo succeed in this role, you will have:A current Australian Customs Broker LicenceCurrent Class 19.1 and 19.2 Biosecurity accreditationA strong commitment to accuracy and regulatory complianceClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving and organisational skillsConfidence working independently and collaborativelyA customer-focused approachThe ability to manage changing prioritiesGood working knowledge of Microsoft Word and ExcelA genuine interest in developing your career with a stable global organisationWhy Join Expeditors?
