Senior Medical Receptionist – St LeonardsOMNI Ultrasound & Gynaecological Care – St Leonards Park NSWOmni Ultrasound & Gynaecological Care is a specialist women's imaging and gynaecology practice with clinics across Sydney.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Medical Receptionist to join our team at our St Leonards clinic.This role will suit a confident and highly organised medical receptionist who enjoys working in a busy specialist clinic environment and can act as a reliable and experienced member of the administration team.You will work closely with our doctors, sonographers and administration staff to ensure the clinic runs smoothly while providing a professional and welcoming experience for patients.Key ResponsibilitiesHandling phone enquiries, emails and appointment bookingsPatient check-in and billingPreparing clinic lists, referrals and patient documentationCoordinating with doctors, sonographers and clinical staffSupporting the administration team with general clinic coordinationLearning to assist with typing ultrasound reports and become proficient in this.Maintaining a professional and efficient clinic environmentAbout the RoleFull-time – 5 days per weekBased at our St Leonards clinicFlexibility if clinic activity requires you to go to our other locations such as Dee Why,
CBD and Penrith.Prospect to expand skills including ultrasound report typingAbout YouSeveral years experience in medical reception or medical administrationExperience working in a specialist clinic or imaging practice preferredExperience working in radiology, ultrasound or diagnostic imaging clinics will be highly regardedStrong organisational and communication skillsConfidence managing a busy reception environmentExcellent attention to detailAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamProfessional and patient-focused approachPrevious experience using Karisma/Kestral radiology software systems is highly desirable.Experience using GE Viewpoint software is preferred.Why Join Omni?
