From their first pair of shoes to their first football, our team are there to ensure that whatever activity they want to do, they're wearing the right shoes and using the best equipment.Sports Direct is growing rapidly across Australia, and we're looking for a Campaign Lead to help bring the brand to life across our expanding store network.Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the Australian campaign calendar, turning commercial strategy into high-impact campaigns that connect with customers and drive results.Your responsibilities will include:Own campaigns end-to-end, from briefing and creative through to launch and post-campaign analysisOwn the Australian marketing calendar, timelines and budgets and campaign deliverablesPartner with Merchandising, Retail, VM, Creative, E-commerce and Operations to ensure campaigns are trade readyBuild strong relationships with major global brand partners including Nike, adidas and more,



managing campaign deliverables and timelinesManage agencies, production partners and suppliers to deliver quality campaigns on time and within budgetAnalyse campaign performance and commercial results, using insights to optimise activity and improve future campaignsSupport major launches, activations and key trading moments across the store networkWhat we're looking forYou'll have 3+ years' experience in retail marketing, campaign management, agency account management or a similar commercial environmentYou will also be;Commercially minded and customer focusedOrganised with strong project management skillsConfident managing multiple stakeholders and competing prioritieCreative, hands-on and solutions focusedComfortable working at pace and taking ownershipPassionate about retail, sport and global brandsWhy Join Us?
