Job DescriptionAs a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with participants to navigate the NDIS and interpret their individual packages; it is your role to ensure they are getting the most out of their NDIS plans.Supporting and empowering participants to make their own choices as to how they want to lead their livesCoordinating a variety of services for participants to support them to live fulfilling and meaningful lives within the communityEngaging with and managing participants key stakeholders (including government agencies, community and clinical service providers and families), ensuring that the supports and services are leveraged, not duplicatedWorking with participants to strengthen their ability to coordinate their own supports to live their best lifeAbout the Employerselectability is a not-for-profit charity with a primary focus of improving mental wellbeing and contributing to suicide prevention across regional Queensland.We believe everyone has the right to access high-quality supports locally and have recently expanded our services to include child safety, and residential aged care in the Lower Gulf.selectability is committed to creating safe environments where young people feel protected, respected and heard.
