You will develop and implement comprehensive support plans to meet the individual needs of NDIS participants, coordinate access to a range of support services, and advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of funding and support.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive support plans to meet the individual needs of NDIS participantsCoordinate access to a range of support services, including allied health, accommodation, and community engagementAdvocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the appropriate level of funding and supportRegularly monitor and review client progress, making adjustments to support plans as neededMaintain detailed records and provide regular reports to clients, their families, and the NDISCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health and community professionalsContribute to the continuous improvement of NDIS support servicesAbout youMinimum 2 years' experience in NDIS support coordination or a related fieldPreferred to have established caseload.Thorough understanding of the NDIS framework and eligibility criteriaExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
